Craig and I met in Lagos, Nigeria, in August of 2003. We were both teaching at the American International School of Lagos. We traveled, made wonderful friends, and learned about Nigerian culture. After 2 years, we moved back to my home town in Vancouver, WA, and have now been married for almost 5 years.
Craig is a high school English teacher, and he runs our small tutoring company, too. He loves to play guitar and write songs. I teach middle school math and make jewelry in my spare time. We both love our dog, Larry, and enjoy taking him to the 1000 acre dog park near our home.
We are both very excited to bring our first child home from Ethiopia. We are waiting for an infant girl and can't wait to be parents!
